1. WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DOES MEKIPOW OFFER?
MekiPow specializes in cordless tools and accessories compatible with major battery platforms such as DeWalt and Milwaukee. We provide a range of high-quality products including leaf blowers, jobsite fans, snow blowers, garden tillers, and other outdoor power equipment.
2. WHAT IS MEKIPOW'S RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please contact us at support@mekipow.com to start a return.
3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
6. WHERE DOES MEKIPOW SHIP FROM?
We ship from warehouses strategically located across the United States. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
7. DOES MEKIPOW OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 4–8 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
