Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. All original accessories, manuals, parts, protective materials, and proof of purchase must be included.

Please note that items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted, as we need to confirm the order information and provide the correct return instructions.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@mekipow.com.
If the return is caused by the customer, such as changing their mind, no longer wanting the item, or placing an incorrect order, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
For customer-initiated returns, the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. If the returned item has been used, damaged, installed, missing parts, or is not returned in its original packaging, a reasonable depreciation fee or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund after inspection.
If the return is due to our reason, such as receiving a defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item, MekiPow will cover the return shipping cost and provide a suitable solution.
Return requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days. Once we receive the returned item, inspection usually takes 1–2 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us at support@mekipow.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If the item arrives damaged during delivery, please keep the product and all packaging materials. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged by the customer
Products missing original parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging
Clearance items or gift cards, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
