Shipping policy
Shipping Summary Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. This does not include delivery time, which varies by location.
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, many of our orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). As a result, products may be shipped by Amazon Logistics or its authorized carriers and may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
Every order includes tracking information once shipped. Products may be shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers or other global fulfillment partners. Items within the same order may arrive separately to ensure faster and more cost-effective delivery.
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees applied by their local government.

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays. MekiPow is not responsible for delays caused by external transportation or customs clearance.
Shipments can be delivered to most physical addresses. In some remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply, or you may need to pick up your package at the nearest shipping partner facility.
Shipping Status Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive this email right away, please check your spam/junk folder.
Order Changes Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@mekipow.com if you need to cancel or modify your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Item Not Received If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property or with neighbors, and contact the carrier directly to confirm delivery details. If the issue persists, kindly email our support team and we’ll assist you further.
Damaged in Transit We take great care in packing your tools safely. If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at support@mekipow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work out a prompt replacement or solution. (Note: MekiPow is not liable for packages that are stolen or mishandled after the carrier has successfully delivered them to your designated address).
